I don’t know about you, but in my opinion KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!! I love reading. Most of the info on this blog & the opinions on it have been shaped by the natural skincare books I’ve read. I find it better than sitting on the couch and watching tv, but I still sit on the couch 😉 I’ve compiled a list of my favourite skincare books. Let me know what you think in the comments!

When it comes to natural skincare books, this is one of my faves! The author is the founder of the thriving organic skincare line SW Basics and she details a comprehensive yet simple guide to switching to an all-natural skincare regime. It makes natural skin care totally accessible, even for people not overly excited about ditching toxic products. This is one of the books that inspired me to make the switch to natural products by encouraging baby steps. Skin Cleanse also helps readers diagnose and understand the underlying causes of their individual skin problems. It offers all-natural recipes using inexpensive ingredients that can be found at the grocery store to treat them effectively. LOVE.

This ebook was developed after years of research into my own skin conditions. Truthfully, I still haven’t come across a source of information that sums up the WHOLE picture of how to best treat acne naturally & effectively into one place, other than this book. Your skin is a reflection of what is going on inside your body, so your health is the first stop. This ebook about treating acne will also cover lifestyle choices, cleaning products in your home, diet, and of course, gives a step-by-step guide to implement a totally natural acne friendly skincare routine. If you are struggling with any type of acne: cystic acne, back acne, chest acne and have tried it all, then this is the book for you. Give it a go!
